Additionally, we spend approximately 8-10 hours per day in our bedrooms, making them the areas in our homes where we spend the most time. Time spent in close proximity to an exposure can have a more significant impact on our health, which is why we always recommend including occupied bedrooms in the overall inspection plan.

No, testing is not required to use the We Inspect Together service.
However, testing is required to provide specific deliverables within each inspection plan. These items are designated with *, and are also outlined in the Plan Comparison chart above. This chart outlines what information can be provided with and without testing.
If you do not plan on testing, then only select the CONFIRM inspection plan.
No, testing is an additional fee. Every inspection plan includes a Test Strategy Consultation where our team will review inspection findings and recommend testing to determine if any of the flagged areas are contaminated by mold. Testing can vary from basic source testing to more complex DNA and mycotoxin testing. Your Strategy Consultant will create a testing strategy based on your goals and you can choose which tests (if any) you want to include.
After your Test Strategy Call, we will send you a home testing kit with everything you need. Once you know where to test, collecting samples is the easy part!
Lab processing can take up to 3 weeks. Timing depends on the types of tests being analyzed.
