Do you perform remediation?
We do not perform remediation, as doing both inspections and remediation would be a conflict of interest. However, we ensure you cross the finish line by providing all clients with a detailed remediation plan following their property inspection, along with our recommendations for remediation companies and questions to ask when vetting a company yourself.

Our primary goal is to help you regain your health, and our 0% interest financing has proven to be an invaluable tool in achieving just that. What’s the price of an inspection?
The cost of an inspection is tailored to each individual, considering specific needs and objectives. Factors such as your location, the size of your home, the type of testing required, and whether you prefer an in-person or virtual inspection all play a role in determining the price. Can I speak with Brian directly? Can Brian perform my inspection?
While you may see Brian actively engaging on social media and hear him speak about mold toxicity, it’s important to note that he does not contact or work directly with our clients. Both Brian and co-founder Corey Levy have always envisioned helping as many people as possible heal from mold-related issues. As We Inspect expanded, their roles naturally evolved away from direct client interaction to focus on broader educational initiatives. Today, Brian is fully committed to expanding our educational platforms, ensuring that our proven processes and methodologies are easily accessible to everyone.
Will insurance cover my inspection?
When considering insurance coverage for a home inspection, it’s important to understand the timing and process involved.
Typically, we recommend that you first conduct a home inspection to get a clear understanding of your property’s condition before filing a claim with your insurance provider. This approach allows you to accurately assess the issues and determine which areas might be covered under your insurance policy.
As an independent company, we do not directly handle insurance claims. Instead, our role is to provide a thorough inspection that can help you identify any concerns. Once we’ve completed the inspection, you’ll be in a better position to work with your insurance provider to explore potential coverage options for specific issues.
What type of samples do you use?
We employ various sampling methods to ensure a thorough and accurate assessment, including surface and air sampling, to precisely identify the source of the mold. Determining the type of sample needed can be challenging without first conducting a thorough inspection of your property. Since we cannot assess the specific conditions of your home until the inspection is performed, it’s crucial to complete this step to identify any potential issues.
Once the inspection is complete, our Lead Consultant will be able to provide guidance on the most effective strategy and recommend the appropriate sampling methods based on the findings. This ensures that we address your concerns accurately and efficiently.
